Centro Interpretativo Almendres
A Place to Learn and to Experiment
The Interpretation Center of Almendres is our home.
It is located in the Village of Guadalupe, close to the cromelech of Almendres; it is a space that we have created in partnership with the municipality of Évora with the goal of providing support to the visitors of the Almendres cromelech with services and interpretation context about the local ecology and archaeology.
It materialized 10 years after the creation of our educative services in archaeology and prehistory with the Ebora Megalithica Guided Tours. Here, we have the opportunity to contribute daily to the dissemination of the natural and archaeological heritage of the Évora region.
It is also a space where you can participate in numerous educational activities related to prehistory, from guided tours to the cromelech of Almendres to Workshops on experimental archeology.
